Delete Your Secret Garden: Meditation Account

Secret Garden: Meditation is developed by THD Technologies.

This page allows Secret Garden: Meditation users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

To request deletion of your Secret Garden: Meditation account:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  2. Submit the account deletion request.
  3. Complete identity/email verification if required.
  4. After the request is verified, the account deletion process will begin.

Use the email address you signed up with. Your account is not deleted until the request has been verified.

What data will be deleted?

When an account deletion request is completed, data associated with the Secret Garden: Meditation account will be deleted according to the application's data retention policy.

This may include:

  • User account/profile information
  • Meditation activity associated with the account
  • Journal/user-generated content associated with the account
  • Mood or personalization data associated with the account
  • Other personal application data associated with the account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

  • Financial/transaction records where legally required

Any retained information follows the applicable retention policy.

Delete your account from the app

Users can also request account deletion directly from the Secret Garden: Meditation application if the account deletion feature is available in their current app version.
